General Terms and Conditions:

Full payment is required a minimum of 7 days prior to the session for all Lazer sessions.
Refunds are at management discretion. Bookings can be moved to an alternate time with prior notice.
Advanced booking is advised, whilst we always do our best to accommodate walk in bookings, only advanced bookings are guaranteed a place on the session.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your session start time to allow for the checking in process.
Games start promptly. If you arrive late, no refund or discount is applicable.
Sessions are suitable for those aged 6+.
Players must abide by Tazers Rules of Play.
Lazer Tag is a physically demanding activity, please ensure you are physically fit before participating.
If you have a medical condition please seek medical advice before participating in lazer tag.
Please note there is no disabled access within Tazers.

Booking Confirmations:

Booking confirmations are sent for all sessions via email to the email address provided. It is the customers responsibiltiy to check their booking confirmation to ensure they are booked on the correct session for the right date and time. If you do not receive your booking confirmation please contact us at the centre.

Rules of Play:

All participants must listen to the safety briefing.
All participants must listen to and take advice from Tazers Team Members whilst visiting Tazers – Teesside Lazer Tag.
Please treat the safety of yourself and other participants as a priority
No Running
No lying, sitting or rolling on the floor
No climbing on the walls or the scenery
No foul language or physical contact
No vandalising or damaging the equipment and scenery
Failure to follow the instructions in the safety briefing, advice from Tazers Team or breaking the arena rules may result in removal from the session and the centre.

Clothing:

Lazer tag can be a physically demanding activity, therefore we advise that participants wear loose fitted clothing that is easy to move around in. Trainers are also advised.

Cancellations:

Where possible we will always try to move a booking should you no longer be able to make it. Refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances and where cancellations have been made with 72 hours notice, and are at managements discretion.

Party Booking Terms and Conditions:

A £30 non-refundable deposit is required on booking.
Final balance and final numbers are due 7 days prior to the party. Please be as accurate as possible, additional guests on the day will always try to be catered for, however this may not always be possible.
Please inform us of any allergies in advance to allow us to cater for them.
Refunds are at management discretion if a booking is cancelled with less than a week's notice.
Bookings are transferable with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, shorter notice is at management discretion.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your party start time to allow for checking in your guests and participating in the safety briefing.
Games start promptly. If you arrive late, no refund or discount is applicable.

Prices and Payment:

All activities at Tazerz require immediate payment in full at the time of booking.
All prices are subject to change without prior consultation or notice given.
Payments are accepted only in GBP.
Website payments are taken via Truevo.

Recurring Payments for Memberships (Something we may offer in the future)

These are setup for a period of time to match the selected membership, normally paid monthly.
This plan is built and displayed to you in your booking. You will also receive this plan in your booking confirmation email.

The governing law of bookings and payments is the UK. Payments are taken in GBP.

Refunds:

Where applicable, all refunds due will be issued to the corresponding debit/credit card used at the time of booking. If the card has expired a bank transfer will be issued.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
